I'd mention the representative I work with by name but then you'd all request him. Now that we're a larger business I stay with Avery for their outstanding customer service, beautiful labels and follow through to ensure my satisfaction. In all honesty, when I tried going through local print shops there was some embarrassment when I'd have to admit how few labels I actually needed (we were a very small business), I'd feel pressure to order more than I could afford and I didn't necessarily appreciate the feedback they'd give on how I should alter my labels. They ship quickly and when I'm in a crunch I pay a little more and receive them in just a few days. They have the greatest variety of label sizes (I compared all the online label companies and only Avery could meet all my needs). You can order in small quantities which local print shops do not offer.
